When the Expanded and Enhanced version of GTA V came out back in 2022, PC users were left disappointed with its being limited to the Xbox Series X|S and Playstation 5 consoles. Now, the PC version has been given a specific release date: 4 March, almost a decade after its original PC release.
Beyond additions from the upgrade for the current console generation, the game is also getting PC-exclusive ray tracing enhancements like support for AMD FSR 1 and FSR 3, as well as NVIDIA DLSS 3. Additionally, there’s also support for adaptive triggers on the DualSense controller.
To run the enhanced version of GTA V on PC, you’ll need at least 8GB of RAM, and at least either an Intel Core i7-4770 or AMD FX-9590 processor. Additionally, it should be equipped with either a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630 or an AMD Radeon RX 6400 graphics card as a minimum.

For the optimum experience, Rockstar recommends 16GB of RAM, and at least an Intel Core i5-9600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor. For graphics, you need at least either an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060, or the AMD Radeon RX 6600XT.
For users with PCs that do not meet the minimum required hardware, the old version of GTA V is still supported. However, you will not be able to play in GTA Online sessions with players in the upgraded version. The new Online experience also gives PC gamers access to the latest additions to Hao’s Special Works and animal encounters across Southern San Andreas.
