Images what is alleged to be the PCB of the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 has leaked, revealing that the SKU is going to be fitted with a large GPU die, at its core. Additionally, the PCB looks like the card is a custom variant made by one of NVIDIA’s board partners, likely PNY.

At a glance, we can see that the alleged RTX 5090 PCB uses what is referred to as an “Android” figure. That refers to the five memory modules on each side of the main GPU die, with another four at the top and two more at the bottom. In total, that’s 16 modules that could translate to either 32GB, 48GB, or 64GB of what is expected to be GDDR7 memory. And that also very much depends on whether the PCB is using 2GB, 3GB, or 4GB modules.

In the case of the RTX 5090, the GPU is expected to be fitted with a GB202 GPU that is expected to measure in at 63 x 56mm. Further, it looks like the card will still only require one power connector, quite possible one of the 12V-6×2 variety.

It’s an open secret at this point that NVIDIA is set to announce the GeForce RTX 50 Series at CES 2025 next month. The first card that is expected rollout though isn’t the RTX 5090 but the RTX 5080. The former is only expected to hit the shelves sometime between the end of January and mid-February 2025.
