The Xiaomi 15 is set to make its global debut in Barcelona on 2 March 2025 during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) exhibition along with the unveiling of the 15 Ultra. While no local launch date has been announced yet, the brand’s Shopee store may have given away the details earlier than expected.
Xiaomi’s Shopee page has made new listings for both the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Ultra with the tagline “See you on 2 March”. Moreover, it states that the sale start time for both phones is set for 2 March 2025 at 10:59PM. While none of the configurations have been revealed yet, both models are listed with two configuration options and three colour options.
The Xiaomi 15 sports a 6.36-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It runs on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and is powered by a bigger 5,400mAh battery which supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. For photography, it features a Leica-branded setup made up of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra was recently revealed to be equipped with a 1-inch 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP telephoto lens, and a secondary 200MP periscope lens. According to alleged leaks, it will have a 6.73-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, as well as the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.
