The realme 14 Pro series saw its Indian launch last month, with the Pro Plus model making an earlier appearance in its home market of China. Now, the brand says that it will be getting its global launch next month. More specifically, the company says this is set to happen during MWC 2025.
In case you missed it, the realme 14 Pro launched in India with a 6.77-inch OLED 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy chipset, an IP69 rating, and a 6,000 mAh battery with 45W charging. It has a 50MP camera and a depth sensor at the back, while the front-facing camera is a 16MP unit. There’s also a fingerprint sensor under the screen, which incidentally has a peak brightness of 1,400 nits.
As for the realme 14 Pro Plus, it instead runs a 6.83-inch AMOLED 120Hz screen with a peak brightness of 1,500 nits plus a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on top and a fingerprint sensor underneath. Inside, there’s a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, and a 6,000 mAh battery with 80W charging. Imaging tech consists of a 50MP main + 50MP 3x telephoto + 8MP wide-angle shooters at the back, with a 32MP shooter in front.
On one hand, there’s no reason to doubt that the realme 14 Pro series will be experiencing any drastic changes. On the other, it’s not like it’s never happened before, so it’s probably best not to hold your breath for it. Perhaps most importantly, despite revealing the global launch date, the company has yet to reveal details for a local equivalent. But for what it’s worth, the Pro model is already listed in SIRIM.
