ZTE is currently preparing to launch a new phone under its Nubia brand called the V70 Max. While the company has confirmed that it will be launching the phone in the Philippines on 15 February, we may have a hint that it will also be bringing the upcoming device here very soon.
The V70 Max was recently listed on the SIRIM database on 23 January 2025 with the model number Z2467, indicating that it will be entering the local market in the near future. This will follow its recent launch of the V70 Design, which is priced at RM449.
Most of its features are still being kept under wraps, but some of the V70 Max’s key specs have been revealed through its Shopee listing. For instance, it will have a slightly bigger 6.9-inch 720p 120Hz display compared to the V70 Design, along with a significantly larger 6,000mAh battery and the same Unisoc T606 chipset.
The phone is also teased with a drop resistance of up to 1.5m as well as having a 6GB+128GB configuration, although this could differ by market. According to leaks, the V70 Max will offer a 50MP main camera and will support 22.5W charging.
