Illegear has launched a new slim desktop monitor called the Insight 24, which is designed for both work and play. Dubbing it as a “3-in-1 solution”, the brand claims that it is suitable for creativity, productivity, and gaming.
The Insight 24 features a 23.8-inch 1080p IPS display with a 16:9 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a response time of 5ms. When it comes to colour accuracy, the monitor supports 98% sRGB, 71% Adobe RGB, and 74% DCI-P3 colour gamuts. Additionally, it is packed with Adaptive Sync compatibility.
Despite its slim profile, the monitor is still fitted with built-in 2W speakers, so you won’t need to add on external speakers. As for I/O, the Insight comes with a VGA port, an HDMI 1.4 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. If you do not want to use the built-in stand, the back of the monitor supports a 100x100mm VESA mount, so you can attach it to a monitor arm or even hang it on a wall.
The Insight 24 is available for pre-order now with a retail price of RM399 through the company’s website with an estimated shipping date of February 2025. However, from now until 31 January, you can get it at a promotional price of RM380, along with a free HDMI cable.
