Riding along its new and improved AI endeavours, Samsung also made the Galaxy S25 Series official and as always, the Korean giant is releasing three models: The Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra. Focusing on the first two, these SKUs serve as the base and middle ground models.
As with the previous generation, the two S25 models are equipped with Qualcomm’s latest and most powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC that launched at the end of last year. Design-wise, both phones embrace a more rounded shape, something Samsung describes as Essential Design. Both models features 12GB of RAM by default but the base model offers three memory configurations: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. For the middle child, Samsung offers the phone with 256GB or 512GB storage. As for their battery, the smaller model has a 4,000mAh unit while the plus-sized model has a 4,900mAh.
Camera-wise, both the Galaxy S25 and its plus-sized compatriot come with the same main triple-camera module, comprising a 12MP ultrawide, a 50MP main,. and 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. Around the front, the selfie camera is a 12MP shooter.
