ASUS Malaysia announced that the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCDM will arrive in Malaysia this March. The monitor was first announced just before the start of CES 2025 and displayed at the brand’s booth.
Specs-wise, the PG27UCDM is a 27-inch 4K OLED monitor, with a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz, a 0.3ms response time (GTG) and a pixel density of 166 ppi. It is also one of the first monitors to support the new DisplayPort 2.1a standard, which itself supports a peak bandwidth of 80Gbps.
Other features include HDMI 2.1 and a USB-C port with support for a 90W PD. Additionally, it supports VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black, Dolby Vision, and HDR10.
The PG27UCDM also comes with ROG OLED Anti-Flicker 2.0. ASUS says the updated feature is 20% more effective than previous generation panels and ensures “more uniform visuals” without sacrificing input latency and refresh rates. Lastly, the monitor features a new Neo Proximity Sensor that allow it to detect the presence of the user and help it determine whether it should remain on or switch to a black image, in order to prevent burn-in.
The PG27UCDM will retail at RM6,600.
