Samsung’s much rumoured Galaxy S25 Slim variant will reportedly launch in a total of 39 countries, according to a leak shared by PhoneArena. The good news is that Malaysia is mentioned in the list, alongside other Southeast Asian countries including the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Other countries mentioned in the leak includes Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Croatia, Egypt, France, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Libya, Mexico, Montenegro, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Tunisia, Türkiye, the UAE, the UK, and Uzbekistan. Surprisingly, it appears that the Galaxy S25 Slim is skipping the US and even Samsung’s home turf, South Korea.
PhoneArena claims this information comes from ‘a historically trusted source’ but urges readers to take it with a grain of salt. Moreover, the existence of the all-new Slim model itself remains debatable.
To recap, the alleged Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is believed to have a thinner body measuring only at 5.5mm. Additionally, it will come with a Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, as well as a triple camera setup consisting of a 200MP primary, 50MP wide-angle and 50MP 3.5x telephoto.
Rumours suggest that this variant might not launch alongside its siblings during Samsung Unpacked this Wednesday, and will only see a release much later in May. However, its potential appearance at the event has not been ruled out.
