Lenovo has unveiled several new tablets during this year’s CES, and now, at least two of them have already been listed on its Malaysian website, namely the Tab and Idea Tab Pro. Both models have a relatively affordable price tag and they are actually cheaper than the Tab Plus that was released last year.
To start with, the Idea Tab Pro is fitted with a large 12.7-inch 2944×1840 LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 400 nits — it also comes with a reading mode. Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8300 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage.
For imaging, the Pro tablet is equipped with a 13MP camera on the back and an 8MP snapper up front. Powering it is a 10,200mAh battery with support for 45W charging. As for connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3, while for biometrics, it comes with a fingerprint scanner.
On the more affordable side, the Lenovo Tab sports a 10.1-inch 1920×1200 LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 400 nits. Inside, the tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 alongside 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.
Optics-wise, the entry-level device features an 8MP rear main camera and a 5MP front shooter. It is backed by a 5,100mAh battery that supports 15W charging. For connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.3, along with a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Tab gets a price tag of RM699 while the Idea Tab Pro retails at RM1,279. Both tablets can be purchased through the brand’s official website.
