Chinese vacuum and robotics brand Roborock has just launched two brand stores in the Klang Valley, located at Sunway Pyramid and The Starling malls. These also serve as service centres for its various products.
While Roborock has been around locally for awhile, the brand has been operating exclusively online. These physical stores that also double as service centres allow potential customers to also experience the products first hand before making their purchase.
In conjunction with the launch of the two brand stores, the company also launched the Roborock Saros 10R robot vacuum for the local market. The brand claims that the Saros 10R uses “dual-light 3D Time-of-Flight” tech and an AI-powered RGB camera for its 3D mapping and navigation. Then there’s the 7.98cm thin body, allowing to better navigate spaces it needs to clean, “even in complex environments”.
On that note, Roborock says that the Saros 10R normally has a retail price of RM6,399. In conjunction with the opening of the two brand stores, the brand has a 15% discount off all purchases, including the Saros 10R, but only for the first 200 customers. In addition, the first 100 customers to buy the Q5 Pro, normally worth RM1,299, can get it from RM799 instead. For more on the brand, you can find out more from the official site or Facebook page.
