Xiaomi has officially unveiled the global version of the Redmi Note 14 series. It consists of two Pro models and two non-Pro models, including a new 4G variant. The existing models are largely the same as its Chinese counterparts, but the global version of the Pros replace the 50MP camera for a 200MP sensor.
First are the Note 14 Pro models, made up of the Pro and Pro Plus. They both sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an HDR peak brightness of 3,000 nits. For protection, they come with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 as well as IP68 dust and water resistance.
On the photography side, the Pro phones feature a 200MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 20MP front camera. Unfortunately, the telephoto lens from the Chinese version of the Pro Plus was removed for the global rollout.
Under the hood, the Pro Plus runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset while the Pro gets a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra. Both phones are powered by a 5,110mAh battery, but only the Pro Plus gets 120W charging, while the Pro is limited to 45W. For connectivity, they support 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and even eSIM.
Next up is the Note 14 5G, which is fitted with a 6.67-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an HDR peak brightness of 2,100 nits. Inside, it contains a MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra processor and supports 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
Imaging-wise, it is packed with a 108MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 20MP selfie snapper. It is also backed by a 5,110mAh battery with support for 45W charging while for durability, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and an IP64 rating.
The sole 4G model of the series gets a 6.67-inch 1080p 120Hz AMOLED display with an HDR peak brightness of 1,800 nits. The entry-level phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity G99 Ultra chipset and supports 4G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
The phone’s optic setup consists of a 108MP main camera with OIS, a 2MP macro lens, a depth sensor, and a 20MP front shooter. Backing it is a larger 5,500mAh battery with support for 33W charging while for durability, it comes with Gorilla Glass 5 and an IP54 rating.
The Note 14 5G retails at RM799 for the 6GB+128GB variant and RM899 for the 8GB+256GB variant, while the 4G version costs RM699 with a 8GB+256GB configuration. Meanwhile, the Pro model is priced at RM1,199 for the 8GB+256GB variant and RM1,299 for 12GB+256GB.
Lastly, the Pro Plus retails at RM1,699 and RM1,899 for the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations respectively. The series can be pre-ordered from 11 to 15 January through Xiaomi’s official website as well as its Shopee and Lazada stores .
