Infinix has unveiled a new variant for its GT 20 Pro affordable gaming smartphone. Previously, the phone was only offered in a single 12GB+256GB configuration, but now, there is a cheaper variant with 256GB of storage and only 8GB of RAM.
The new configuration cuts the price down by RM150 to RM1,149, which comes with a free gaming kit that includes a case, a cooling fan, and finger sleeves. It can be purchased through the brand’s Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop stores as well as authorised retailers.
To recap, the GT 20 Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. Internally, the phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset while on the outside, the back features a mecha-inspired LED interface. Additionally, it unlocks via an under-display fingerprint scanner and comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
On the photography side, it is packed with a 108 main camera, a macro lens, a depth sensor, and a 32MP front shooter. Powering the mid-ranger is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W charging. As for connectivity, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 6, an unspecified version of Bluetooth, and NFC.
