The OnePlus 13 is set to have a global launch next week and ahead of this, some retailers have jumped the gun and revealed the local price of the upcoming phone. Only one memory and storage configuration has been listed, but of course, there’s always the chance we might see additional configurations when it officially arrives here.
According to two local Malaysian retailers, with one of them being an authorised retailer that runs one of OPPO’s — the sister company of OnePlus — stores, the OnePlus 13 will be sold with a price tag of RM4,399, which is RM200 less than its predecessor. It’ll come in a 16GB+512GB configuration with black, blue, and white colourway options.
According to OnePlus’ official Shopee store, the OnePlus 13 will be available in Malaysia starting from 7 January 2025 at 11PM. There’s no mention yet of the local arrival of the more affordable 13R, which will be unveiled during the global launch, but we know it’ll be coming here eventually given that it has already been listed on the SIRIM database.
As for the 13, here’s a refresher course for you. It sports a 6.82-inch 1440p LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, an ultra-sonic fingerprint scanner, and a 6,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired and 50W wireless charging. The Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered flagship features a Hasselblad-branded setup consisting of a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3x optical zoom.
