Details and specifications belonging to the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D have reportedly made their debut via CPU-Z. According to the monitoring tool and program, the premium Granite Rapids 3D V-Cache CPU has the ability to boost all the way up to 5.65GHz.
A screenshot of the 9950X3D’s CPU-Z specs were first posted on X by a user called Huang514613. The core speed listed shows the CPU running at 3,971MHz, technically 4GHz. And while the multiplier shows it running at 39.8x, it also shows a 56.5x multiplier, which more or less confirms its ability to boost to 5.65GHz.

The CPU-Z screenshot also shows that the CPUhas a 96MB+32MB L3 Cache. That’s an indication we could be looking at a Ryzen 9000 Series processor with dual CCDs. Further, it appears that the CPU will have a max TDP of 170W.
The only thing missing as of this moment is the pricing and performance of the 9950X3D. Hopefully, we’ll hear more about it when CES 2025 kicks off next year.
