Samsung has made it a yearly tradition to unveil its latest flagship smartphones at the beginning of the year. While the company has yet to confirm the exact date, reliable leakster Evan Blass (aka @evleaks) has seemingly spilled the details ahead of time.
In a recent post on X, Blass shared what appears to be an official teaser graphic for Samsung’s next Galaxy Unpacked event. The teaser, written in Italian, reveals the date as 22 January next year. Although no location is specified, earlier rumours suggest the event may take place in San Francisco, California.
The teaser image features a “star” design made up of the corners of obscured smartphones, likely from the upcoming Galaxy S25 line-up. Interestingly, the image shows four devices, hinting at a potential new addition to the series. It’s worth reminding that an all-new Slim variant is rumoured to debut alongside the original options of three.
Another notable rumour involves the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S25, which is expected to feature more pronounced rounded corners. The teaser seems to corroborate this design update.
Blass also revealed the colour options for the Galaxy S25 models. The base and Plus variants are expected to come in Blue Black, Coral Red, Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, Pink Gold, and Silver Shadow. Meanwhile, the Ultra is reportedly set to offer shades of Titanium, including Black, Gray, Jade Green, Jet Black, Pink Gold, Silver Blue, and White Silver. Oddly, no details about the Slim model’s colours were provided.
In related news, in case our report from earlier today, alleged live photos of the Galaxy S25+ have surfaced online via a separate leak. These images (shown above) reveal what appears to be a third button on the right-hand side of the device, resembling the Camera Control feature found on Apple’s iPhone 16 series.
