NVIDIA today launched the Jetson Orin Nano Super, its first Generative AI Developer Kit supercomputer. As per its namesake, the compact compture is designed for AI developers and can be used in generative AI tasks and purposes.
“Available today, it delivers as much as a 1.7x leap in generative AI inference performance, a 70% increase in performance to 67 INT8 TOPS, and a 50% increase in memory bandwidth to 102GB/s compared with its predecessor.”
Internally, the Jetson Orin Nano Super houses 8GB System-on-Module (SoM), on top of a reference carrier board. The SoM is built around NVIDIA’s Ampere architecture and comes with 32 tensor cores, 1024 CUDA cores, and a 6-core ARM Cortex-A78AE CPU. For memory, the system comes with 8GB LPDDR5 with a bandwidth of 102GB/s.
The NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano Super is already available for US$249 (~RM1,113) and can be purchased via the GPU maker’s official product page.
