Now that NVIDIA’s soon-to-arrive RTX 50 Series was outed as the “unannounced NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU” in the new Witcher IV trailer, the GPU brand has all but abandoned any discretion around the Blackwell-powered lineup. Earlier today, it announced its GeForce LAN 50 party, both an online and in-person 50-hour gaming marathon.
Again, the name of the event is a tease of the GeForce RTX 50 Series but more to the point, it’s a LAN party that is set to kick off at 4:30 PM on 4 January PT (that’s 8:30 AM on 5 January for us), and continue until 6:30 PM on 6 January PT. That, by the way, is when Jen-Hsun Huang’s keynote at CES 2025 kicks off.
