realme has introduced another budget device in the Philippines dubbed the Note 60x. As you can tell from the name, it is a variant of the Note 60, which is already offered at a very affordable price, but this new variant takes it up a notch by shaving down more features to achieve an even lower price tag.
The Note 60x is largely the same phone as the regular model, but with a downgraded camera and IP rating as well as the removal of its fingerprint scanner. It sports a 6.74-inch 720p LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 560 nits. Internally, the phone runs on a Unisoc Tiger T612 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage.
On the imaging side of things, the entry-level device is fitted with an 8MP main camera, a depth sensor, and a 5MP front snapper. Powering it is the same 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. As for durability, it comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance, down from the vanilla model’s IP64 rating.
The Note 60x is offered in two colour options and gets a retail price of PHP4,799(~RM366). As of writing, the brand has yet to announce the availability of the phone in other markets.
