The Road Transport Department (JPJ) has announced scheduled service disruptions from 6 to 8 December 2024. The interruptions, occurring between 6pm and 6am each day, will impact its official portal and the MySikap system, rendering several services inaccessible during this period.
It added that the downtime is necessary to facilitate system maintenance aimed at improving service quality. For you reference, listed below are the services affected on the aforementioned dates:
- State JPJ counters, branches, and UTC centres
- JPJ Mobile
- Public and partner portals
- MyJPJ application
- JPJeBid
- JPJ kiosks
- Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) eWallet payments
- Integration with agencies and partners
JPJ also issued an apology for the inconvenience caused in the same announcement. To avoid disruptions, users of the services listed above are encouraged to complete transactions before or after the maintenance period.
