The realme Note 60 was first revealed all the way back in August, with the global launch being held in nearby Indonesia, of all places. You’d think that with the global launch being held so nearby that Malaysia’s turn would come sooner rather than later. But as it turns out, we’ll only be getting the phone near the very end of the month.
As announced by the brand, the realme Note 60 will be available starting 29 November. nearly a full three months since its initial reveal. Though as we’ve previously reported, local retailers have started listing the phone in their inventory at the start of November, complete with its spec sheet and prices.
Of course, there’s always a chance that the company would throw a curveball, with the realme Note 60 that eventually lands in the local market being different from what we’ve seen. But for now, going with what we know, the phone comes with a 6.74-inch 720p LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a Unisoc T612 chipset, 8GB of memory and 128GB of storage space. The battery of the device is rated at 5,000 mAh, with a 10W charging rate.
For cameras, the realme Note 60 is listed with a 32MP main camera paired with a depth sensor, and a 5MP secondary shooter. The whole package comes with what is listed as a drop-resistant chassis, and an IP64 rating. There’s also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as a nice bonus. But as mentioned, it remains to be seen if these specs are accurate to what the company officially launches later this week.
