Halloween is the season where video game sales are commonly themed after the spooky. And so it is with this round of free games that you can claim from the Epic Games Store. Two games are up for grabs for the week, one of them being Ghostwire: Tokyo.
Developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda, the game was quite the departure from what the then Shinji Mikami-led studio was known for. While reception for the game was mixed, it does stand out as a game with a pretty unique in terms of theme, design direction, and the depiction of Japanese Yokai.
Also free on the Epic Games Store for the week is Witch It. While it’s a title that didn’t hit the video games news cycle has hard as Ghostwire: Tokyo did, it’s a game that definitely fits the Halloween theme. Described as a multiplayer hide-and-seek kind of game, the game sees some players playing as witches who must use witchcraft to disguise themselves as objects in the background, while hunters, well, hunt them.
Both games are free on the Epic Games Store until 8 November rolls around. You can claim them once you’re logged into your account and hitting the links below. Also worth mentioning that both titles are also discounted on Steam as part of its Halloween sale.
