Secretlab is officially adding new versions of its Titan EVO gaming chair to its portfolio, known as the NanoGen Edition. The new chairs are built with what the company describes as its “next-generation” materials.
As per the brand’s other chairs, the new NanoGen Edition comes in two flavours: Hybrid Leatherette and NanoFoam Composite. Secretlab says that this version’s Hybrid Leatherette is 14 times more durable than regular PU leather. Beneath the leatherette., all the chairs are fitted with NanoFoam Composite.
Secretlab describes NanoFoam Composite as bringing together “softness of a microfoam top and the medium-firm support of our signature cold-cure foam”. Basically, the seat and backrest on the chairs provide more hours of sitting and support, with a more even distribution of pressure around the rump and back.
“The all-new Secretlab NanoGen Hybrid Leatherette and Secretlab NanoFoam Composite solve some of the biggest paradoxes in material science and chair engineering. They bring together qualities traditionally in conflict with one another without compromise, unlocking an entirely new level of comfort.”
The gaming furniture maker also says that the new covers have also been subjected to the Taber Abrasion Test, and if you’re going for the all-white option that Secretlab is offering with its Leatherette cover, it guarantees that the seat will not yellow.
Price-wise, the new Secretlab Titan Evo NanoGen Edition chairs start at RM2,999 for the regular chair and RM3,299 for the XL model. Preorders for the chair are already open.
