POCO has listed two new products that will be up for sale in Malaysia, namely the C75 and the Pad. The former was unveiled last weekend and is actually just a rebadged Redmi 14C, while the latter was approved by SIRIM earlier this year and is a rebadge of the Redmi Pad Pro.
The Xiaomi sub-brand’s official Shopee store has listed both devices with placeholder prices and states that they will go on sale on 10 November 2024 at 8PM. The C75 will be offered in black, green, and gold colourways with an 8GB+256GB configuration, while the Pad will come in black and blue options and also with an 8GB+256GB configuration.
As for the specs, the C75 sports a 6.88-inch 720p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 600 nits. It runs on a MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset with support for 4G, NFC, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.4.
Imaging-wise, it features a 50MP main camera, a depth sensor, and a 13MP front shooter. It is powered by a 5,160mAh battery with support for 18W charging. Additionally, it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and ships with HyperOS based on Android 14.
On the other hand, the entry-level tablet gets a 12.2-inch 2.5K LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 600 nits, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for protection. Under the hood, it is fitted with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor with support Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. It is also shipped with HyperOS and it does not support fingerprint unlocking.
For optics, it is equipped with a simple setup made up of an 8MP sensor on both the back and front of the tablet. Backing the Pad is a 10,000mAh battery with support for 33W charging.
