PlayStation has announced its 11.11 sale ahead of time, with the usual discounts for the PS5 console, some of its accessories, as well as a select number of games. Most of these are not particularly substantial, minus the PS VR2, whether on its own or with Horizon Call of the Mountain bundled in.
For reference, the PS VR2 is usually priced at RM2,799, and the pack with the aforementioned title bundled in will cost RM200 on top of that. As part of the PlayStation 11.11 sale, both of these are priced at RM1,859, which is between a 33% and a 38% price cut, depending on if you also get the game or not.
Other discounts include the PS5 console itself, costing RM2,149 or RM1,709 for the standard and Digital editions. No mention of the Pro model as part of the sale, unfortunately. The DualSense controllers are getting an RM60 discount across the board, with the metallic colours still costing RM30 more than the standard colours.
Finally, a select number of PS5 games are also going for a discount, some of which have already made their transition from being PlayStation exclusives to also being available on PC. Of these though, Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, God of War Ragnarok and Gran Turismo 7 are getting the steepest discounts of nearly 57%, going from RM299 to RM129. The latter is notable as one of the few that remain a PlayStation exclusive.
Despite these discounts being announced today, the PlayStation 11.11 sale only starts on 1 November, though for what it’s worth it lasts until 14 November.
