Harman Kardon has expanded its home audio lineup in Malaysia with the official launch of new Enchant soundbars and the Onyx Studio 9. Some of these products have been available since September, while others will be released in the coming months.
The Enchant 1100 soundbar, equipped with Dolby Atmos and MultiBeam technology, ensures a wide audio stage with 8+3 drivers. It offers 60W of power from its woofer and 50W from the tweeter, providing a robust audio experience. Additionally, it includes advanced features like Smart Dialogue Enhancement for clearer movie conversations and supports over 300 streaming platforms. Connectivity options include optical wire and Bluetooth.
Meanwhile, the Enchant 900 is a more affordable and compact alternative to the Enchant 1100, retaining most of its features but with a smaller form factor. It includes nine audio drivers and offers a slightly reduced spatial audio experience, supporting 5.1.4 channels instead of 7.1.4.
The Enchant Speaker is a portable Dolby Atmos speaker offering a 3D audio experience that complements Harman Kardon’s newly launched soundbars. It supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, AirPlay, and Spotify Connect, allowing versatile connectivity. The speaker is also equipped with automatic tuning, and has a 1+1+3 tweeter configuration.
The Enchant Sub serves as a dedicated subwoofer which, like the Speaker, is compatible with the brand’s soundbars. It offers deep bass for an immersive soundstage, whether listening to music or watching movies.
Last but not least, Harman Kardon also introduced the Onyx Studio 9, a portable Bluetooth speaker with a sleek design and powerful sound. Equipped with three tweeters and one woofer, the speaker delivers wide audio coverage, creating a large “sweet spot” for listeners. It features an integrated battery that provides up to 8 hours of playback and supports Bluetooth Auracast, allowing group playback across multiple devices. Its portability is enhanced by a built-in handle, making it easy to move around the home.
The Harman Kardon Enchant 1100 and Enchant Speaker have been available locally since September 2024, priced at MYR4,899 and MYR1,599 respectively. The Onyx Studio 9 will be available in November 2024 for MYR1,299, whereas the Enchant 900 and Enchant Sub will arrive in December 2024, priced at MYR3,499 and MYR2,499 respectively.
