Garmin has officially announced the availability of the Lily 2 Active in Malaysia. Part of the Lily 2 lineup, it is the only model to come with built-in GPS, costing as much as the leather variant of the Classic model.
The Active version sports a smaller 1-inch circular liquid crystal grayscale display with a 240×201 resolution, fitted inside an aluminium case. For protection, it comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the screen, while the watch itself is rated at 5ATM for water resistance, making it suitable to be worn while swimming.
With the built-in GPS, the watch can track all sorts of sports and exercises. Of course, it even comes with health sensors to monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen saturation levels, sleep, stress levels, and more. Unfortunately, it does not have a built-in speaker, so Bluetooth calls are not supported, but you can still get notifications from your phone. As for the battery life, the Active can last up to nine days with regular usage, up from the vanilla version’s five-day battery life.
As previously reported, the Active variant of the Lily 2 retails with a price tag of RM1,550. You can find authorised retail stores that carry the new smartwatch through the brand’s website.
