New leaks of the iQOO 13 smartphone have surfaced on Weibo as recent rumours suggest that the new flagship will launch in India near the end of the year. Although iQOO has not officially confirmed the date, the leaked images of the device already showcases its rear design, and camera quality.
The main highlight in the leaked images is an RGB light ring surrounding the rear camera. The light-ring will likely be utilised during gaming sessions and maybe serve as an alert system for incoming calls and app notifications.
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the RGB light and the camera lens are crafted from a single piece of glass that has a smooth texture and premium feel. The iQOO 13 is rumoured to also feature OriginOS 5 for its China model, while international versions, including the Indian variant, will operate on Funtouch OS 15.
The iQOO 13 is rumoured to launch in India on 5 December, however, it is more likely that the smartphone will debut in China first, possibly later this month or the next. At the time of writing this, we can expect an official announcement from iQOO regarding the official release soon.
