Bose officially launched the SoundLink Home, its latest wireless portable speaker, today. It’s the latest addition to its product lineup, and also its smallest.
As per the official product specs sheet, the SoundLink Home weighs in at less than a kilogram, or 0.88kg to be precise. Bose says that this also makes it easy to carry around from room to room to place on an open spot on a desk or table.
In terms of performance, Bose says that the SoundLink Home is fitted with dual passive radiators that allows the portable speaker to produce “deep bass that fills any room” and that it also has premium sounds with “great acoustics”. As for connectivity, the speaker supports Bluetooth 5.3 and USB-C for wired input.
Further, the SoundLink Home seemingly forgoes Bose app access, meaning that any adjustments to your EQ levels will have to be done on the source device itself. Battery-wise, the speaker reportedly lasts for nine hours on a full charge and charging from zero to 100% takes approximately four hours.
The Bose SoundLink Home is currently available on the brand’s official webpage and retails for US$219 (~RM912). At the time of writing, no local pricing has been announced.
