Infinix has officially launched the Zero Flip in Malaysia, its first ever foldable smartphone. Unlike the foldables from the likes of Samsung and Xiaomi, this model gets a relatively affordable price tag along with modest specs.
Just as previously reported, the clamshell phone comes in a single variant with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. Available in black and pink colour options, the Zero Flip retails for RM2,999 and can be purchased through the brand’s Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop stores. The phone also comes with a free hairdryer while stocks last.
In case you have not been catching up on it, the Zero Flip sports a 6.9-inch 1080p LTPO AMOLED inner display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,400 nits. As for the cover screen, it uses a 3.64-inch 1056×1066 AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1,100-nit peak brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 2 for protection — it does not have an IP rating for dust or water resistance.
Inside, the flippable phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset and is powered by a 4,720mAh battery that supports 70W charging and 10W reverse charging. On the optics front, it gets a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus. Software-wise, it ships with XOS 14.5 based on Android 14, with a promise for updates up to Android 16 and three years of security updates.
