HONOR has a new addition to the 200 series with the 200 Smart. It seems to be the most affordable option of the lineup so far, meaning it also has the lowest-end internals, although it does get a bigger power cell than the 200 Lite.
The 200 Smart sports a 6.8-inch 1080p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 850 nits. For durability, it comes with an IP64 dust and water resistance rating as well as a cushioned interior for increased drop protection. Inside, the entry-level phone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
On the imaging front, the device features a 50MP main camera, a depth sensor, and a 5MP selfie shooter. It is backed by a large 5,200mAh battery capacity that supports 35W wired charging. Additionally, it supports 5G, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, and is fitted with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The 200 Smart is available in Europe in two colour options with a price tag of EUR220 (~RM1,007). It is unknown when the phone will be coming to Malaysia, but we can expect it to arrive here soon, given that it has already been listed on SIRIM with the model number ALT-NX1.
