Since IFA 2024, Nothing has been teasing a new audio product. Recently, the company revealed the anticipated product on X, formerly Twitter, teasing fans and viewers with little nuggets of information.
The post reads “A new arrival is landing”, and even has the rollout date of 24 September. Additionally, the accompanying video imagery features a pair of white loops, with a tagline “Out in the open”, hinting at the possibility of an open-ear audio accessory.

We previously reported on Nothing’s new audio device, and while the final branding may differ, the reference to “open” is hard to ignore, especially given the loops in the video.
The company launched the Ear and Ear (A) earbuds earlier this year. So far, these models feature an in-ear design, meaning that the open-ear design will present consumers with three options. We still don’t know what the final product looks like but that being said, we won’t have to wait long to find out.
