Nothing has officially revealed the local pricing of the Phone (2a) Plus, its latest mid-range smartphone. The phone comes in two colour options, namely grey and black, as well as a single configuration, with the main differences between it and the vanilla Phone (2a) being the processor and front camera.
Introduced back in July, the Phone (2a) Plus sports a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 120Hz. Under the hood, it runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Of course, it comes with the glyph interface on the back which has over 15 visual functions including notifications, a timer, a progress bar, and more.
Imaging-wise, the mid-ranger features a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP selfie shooter. Powering the phone is a 5,000mAh with support for a nominally faster charging speed of 50W.
The Phone (2a) Plus retails for RM1,999 and is available now through the brand’s Lazada and Shopee stores, authorised retailers, as well as CelcomDigi starting October. From today until 17 September 2024, purchases come with a free screen protector and a case.
