Yes 5G has announced a new discount for some of its customers who are interested in its wireless broadband. Specifically, the telco is offering a RM24/month discount on its Wireless Broadband Gateway plan, but this offer is limited to postpaid customers.
Those who qualify can get the Gateway plan at only RM75/month, down from RM99/month, but only if they opt for the 24-month contract. If you choose the 12-month contract, however, you will be subjected to the regular price of RM99/month along with the RM299 upfront payment for the Infinite Gateway PRO router.
Aside from the lower price, another advantage of the 24-month plan over the 12-month plan is that you get the router for free. If you want an even more affordable price, you could choose the Flexi plan, which comes with no contract at RM58/month, but the router is not included.
As for the Gateway plans, you get unlimited 5G data with no speed caps along with 150GB of 4G data. Both contract plans come with a seven-day return policy. Meanwhile, the Flexi plan is also packaged with unlimited 5G data, but only 100GB of 4G.
