It’s been rumoured that the OnePlus 13 may officially arrive as early as October. Prior to its predecessor, the OnePlus 12, launching in late January, we might get to see its successor tentatively sometime between the end of October or the beginning of November this year
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the OnePlus 13 may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip, which isn’t too far-fetched, as the chipset is expected to launch this October at the Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii officially. Naturally, this is an upgrade since the OnePlus 12 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC.
The OnePlus 13 is also expected to feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. Rumours also suggest the smartphone will have a 6.8-inch 1440p LTPO display, a 6,000 mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging.
Additionally, the smartphone is reputed to have an IP68 or IP69 rating. But even with all this pleasantry, there is still no official word from OnePlus on the phone’s official release or even if it will be released this year.
