Garmin has launched the Enduro 3, a GPS smartwatch that’s tailored for athletes. Compared to its predecessor, the Enduro 2, it weighs 63 grams, has a battery life of up to 320 hours in GPS mode, and even includes an enhanced solar charging feature. The watch also incorporates advanced technology, including SatIQ, which optimises GPS mode selection to ensure precise location positioning.
The Enduro 3 has a durable design that includes a titanium bezel, a sapphire lens, and a nylon band. It’s also equipped with a built-in LED flashlight that has adjustable brightness, a red light, and a strobe mode for visibility in low-light conditions. For trail runners, it offers VO2 max insights, grade-adjusted pace, and NextFork Map Guides, as well as dynamic round-trip routing and TopoActive maps.
In addition to these attributes, the watch is considered suitable for strength training with customizable 4-6 weeks planning modules and sport-specific workouts. Health monitoring features include HRV status, Pulse Ox, sleep tracking, and an FDA-cleared ECG app, specifically for health and fitness insights.
It also composes the Garmin Messenger app for two-way texting, Garmin Share for sharing locations and workouts, and smart notifications. Moreover, it also has Garmin Pay for contactless payments and has integrated music streaming services like Spotify, Deezer, and Amazon Music.
The Enduro 3 is now available on Garmin’s online store with a price tag of US$899.99 (~RM3,888). At the time of writing, there is no word on local availability.
