Infinix has officially brought over its first ever tablet, the XPAD, to the Malaysian market. The new tablet is being offered in two variants, one that only supports Wi-Fi and another with cellular LTE support, as well as three colour options.
The device is fitted with an 11-inch 1920×1200 LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 440 nits. Under the hood, the entry-level tablet runs on a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM for the Wi-Fi model, 8GB of RAM for the cellular model, 256GB of internal storage, and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
For photography and video calls, the tablet is equipped with an 8MP sensor on both the back and front of the device. Powering it is a 7,000mAh battery with support for 18W charging. Additionally, it ships with XOS 14 based on Android 14 along with its Folax voice assistant based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
As we previously wrote about based on third-party retailer listings, the XPAD starts from RM699 for the Wi-Fi variant and RM899 for the LTE variant. It is available for purchase starting today through the brand’s Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok stores, but as of writing, only the 4G model is in stock.
