Amazfit is set to release the T-Rex 3, its upcoming rugged smartwatch. Ahead of any official announcements by the brand, it seems that the watch was accidentally listed in its entirety on Shopee Singapore, revealing its design and specs.
The watch sports a larger 1.5-inch AMOLED display with a 480×480 resolution, with the peak brightness being doubled to 2,000 nits. It comes with the Zepp Flow AI voice assistant as well as Night Display, which lets users switch the UI to red, green, or orange to preserve night vision.
The smartwatch comes equipped with 170 sports modes and built-in GPS to log your activities, along with sensors to track your heart rate and blood oxygen levels. While it does come with military-grade durability, it lacks the T-Rex Ultra‘s diving capabilities. Powering it is a larger 700mAh battery that claims to be able to last up to 21 days, which is, oddly, three days less than what its predecessor was capable of.
According to the now-deleted listing, the T-Rex 3 will retail at S$359 (~RM1,192). While we don’t know the Malaysian pricing yet, we can expect it to cost more than the T-Rex 2. The upcoming smartwatch has already been listed on Amazfit’s Shopee store, with sales set to start from 7 September 2024.
