Infinix has officially revealed the launch date of the upcoming Zero 40. The mid-range smartphone will be making its debut in Malaysia on 29 August 2024 at a four-day market organised by the brand at PARC Subang.
While nothing has been officially announced by the brand except for some design teasers, the phone leaked in its entirety earlier this week. Moreover, we found the price of the upcoming device through posts of multiple retailers, which list the mid-ranger with a price tag of RM1,699.
The Zero 40 has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved sides as well as a high refresh rate of 144Hz, although the peak brightness is still unknown. Under the hood, the phone runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It is unknown whether or not the brand will offer more than one configuration, but it will come with three colour options.
For imaging, the smartphone is packed with a 108MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP sensor, along with a 50MP front sensor with autofocus. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Durability-wise, it comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
