NVIDIA is set to introduce a new feature that will allow users to link their Xbox accounts to its GeForce Now streaming service, simplifying the sign-in process for supported games. Starting on 22 August 2024, users will only need to sign in and link their Xbox profiles once, with the information stored for future sessions.
This update complements NVIDIA’s existing feature that syncs Xbox game libraries with GeForce Now. According to the company, the library sync feature enables members to connect their supported Xbox Game Pass and Microsoft Store games to their cloud streaming library.
“This new feature joins Xbox game library sync on GeForce NOW, which allows members to sync their supported Xbox Game Pass and Microsoft Store games to their cloud streaming library,” NVIDIA’s blog post reads. “Members will enjoy a more unified gaming experience with the ability to instantly play over 140 Xbox Game Pass titles across devices.”
Prior to this, users could access their Xbox games through NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service, but they had to manually sign in each time. This change will eliminate the need for repeated logins, therefore streamlining the overall experience.
