Last month, we found that Infinix was preparing to introduce a new smartphone called the Zero 40, which has yet to receive an official launch date. While nothing about the upcoming phone has been revealed by the brand yet, it seems some Malaysian retailers have jumped the gun and listed all the goods in regards to the device, include the specs, design, and even local pricing.
According to the retailers in question, the Zero 40 sports a 6.78-inch 1080p curved AMOLED display with a whopping 144Hz refresh rate. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, although it is unknown if there will be other configurations up for grabs when it officially debuts.
On the optics front, the mid-ranger features a 108MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP sensor, and a 50MP selfie shooter with autofocus. Powering it is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. On the protection side, it comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
The Zero 40 will arrive in Malaysia with a retail price of RM1,699, along with three colour options. It seems that there is only one storage configuration listed, but as previously mentioned, the full offering will only be known once it is officially launched.
