The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus has been revealed, officially at that, to be running a MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro. But like with the CMF Phone 1, the company has decided to drip-feed info about the phone, leading up to its launch tomorrow. In a new post on the company’s official account on X, previously Twitter, it has been revealed that the phone will sport three 50MP cameras.
Of course, not all three of them will be sitting at the back of the Nothing Phone (w2) Plus. In the configuration that makes the most sense, two will be at the back, while one will be in front. This does mean that this phone will have a better front-facing camera than the Phone (2), at least in terms of pixel count.
Separately, the way the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus looks has also appeared online, through unofficial sources this time. As shared by Smartprix, the leaked render of the phone makes it look a lot like its base counterpart. The retail box itself looks to be mimicking the back of the phone as well.
The report also mentions some alleged specs of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus beyond its chipset and cameras. This includes a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 120Hz screen, a 5,000mAh battery with 50W charging, and two memory and storage variants, claimed to be 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB.
On one hand, the leaked render of the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is not too unbelievable, as it is after all a variant of the base model. The specs themselves are not too out there either, but it’s better to take them both with a pinch of salt, at least until its official reveal at 5PM tomorrow.
