Huawei has launched a teaser for the Nova Flip smartphone. At a glance, it has a square external screen next to its camera, a narrow display with a silver-green rim running through the edges, functional side key buttons, a charging port, and speakers at the bottom.
Along with the 3.5-inch external screen that provides the functional interface, the Nova Flip also features a 6.7-inch OLED main display with a high refresh rate on performance and ergonomic visuals.
The smartphone also includes an advanced dual-camera setup for photography and video-recording. As it is with flip-phones, when it is folded, users can view notifications and interact with apps without unfolding the device.
Again, details about the phone’s internal specifications are still scarce but reports suggest that the Nova Flip could ship out with a large battery, with support for fast charging as well. Additionally, Huawei may ship it out running the Kirin 9010E SOC.
More details about the phone are expected to be revealed at Huawei’s upcoming event in August, along with a bunch of other products, including the MateBook GT 14, MatePad Pro 12.2, MatePad Air 2024, and Printer X1 Max. Of course, it seems likely that the Nova Flip will be the star of the show.
