Nubia has officially unveiled the Z60S Pro, one of their latest devices to roll out from the ZTE sub-brand. Explaining briefly, the phone is powered by the same SoC as its predecessor but features larger main camera sensor and additional AI features that’s powered by the company’s AI service suite.
The Z60S Pro follows up on last year’s Z50S Pro, maintaining all of the essential specs while making slight adjustments to its primary 35mm camera, as well as offering other focal lengths ranging from 13mm to 88mm. Additionally, the device now has certain AI features that includes an AI Magic Eraser, a Starry Sky algorithm, and a 65:24 ultra-wide cinema format to point out new image perspectives.
Speaking of which, the main camera module comprises an 8MP telephoto and a 50MP ultra wide lens, along with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display and a refresh rate of 120Hz. Like its predecessor, it’s also powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC that’s paired with 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage.
Another thing to highlight is the integration of AI features within its camera. It incorporates “Nebula AI” for additional functionalities to play around with, and it will have support for satellite connectivity along with a 5100mAh battery and 80W charging capability to sustain such applications.
At the time of writing, Nubia did not specify local availability for the Z60S Pro. The phone is available in three different colours: Black, Blue, and White, and retails for US$569 (~RM2,569). Similar to the Z50S, the phone features an alert slider, with a flash module on the back that’s positioned separately from the camera island.
