If you are in the market for air purifiers, then you may be glad to know that local brand Kurin has added two more options to the list. The company has announced the Airmed V5 Pro, which it dubs its hospital-grade air purifier, and the Pet P700, which is the child- and pet-safe model of the two.
While the company claims that the Kurin Airmed V5 Pro comes with “smart AI technology”, it comes with just about everything you’d expect from an air purifier, for the most part. This consists of a five-step filtration system, which involves a H14 HEPA filter, a pre-filter with antibacterial and anti-mould properties, a bio-activated charcoal filter and disinfencting Ultraviolet-C light. The AI part of the picture describes an automatic speed adjusting system that speeds up when it detects polluted air, and slows down once the air is cleaner.
As for the Kurin Pet P700, setting this apart from the other model is what the company dubs the “anti-allergen 3 layers medical filter”, which does a better job of trapping animal fur. Another element here is the “Dual Air Channel Technology”, for faster air ventilation and circulation. It sports the familiar anti-bacterial pre-filter, but has a bio-activated carbon filter and HEPA 13+ filter instead.
For their prices, the Airmed V5 Pro is priced at RM988, while the Pet P700 costs RM998 instead. Though it’s worth noting that these are its prices after a 50% discount. You can find out more by visiting their respective product pages, linked below.
