OPPO is set to launch a third device in the Reno12 series with the Reno12 F, the most affordable of the bunch. Despite the official release still a while away, one of OPPO’s stores has let the cat out of the bag, revealing the price of the upcoming smartphone.
According to a post by the brand’s Experience Store in Prangin Mall, the Reno12 F will be landing in Malaysia with a price tag of RM1,399. What’s more, it will be offered in a single configuration with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, as well as orange and green colour options. OPPO has confirmed that the phone will be coming here soon, but has yet to announce the exact launch date.
It sports a 6.67-inch 1080p OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a local peak brightness of 2,100 nits. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and for protection, it comes equipped with AGC Dragontrail Star 2 glass along with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
As for the optics, the mid-ranger is packed with a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 32MP front camera. Backing the phone is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W charging.
