The Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro is scheduled to be unveiled during Unpacked alongside the South Korean tech giant’s new foldable phones. But while it has suffered its fair share of leaks on the internet, the product itself has not yet been leaked into the retail market. Until recently, with a post on Reddit suggesting that someone was able to buy a retail version of the TWS buds before said launch.
Said post, by u/Plastic_Development1, shows a good number of images, including the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro still inside its retail box. It is also shown to be connected to a Galaxy Z Flip4, with the phone recognising the unreleased TWS buds with its proper name. The poster claims that his unspecified iPhone did too, but did not provide proof.
Mentioned as an answer to one of the comments, the Redditor claims that he paid US$250 (~RM1,177) for the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Other anecdotes that were shared to answer queries include that the earbuds only supported multi-point connectivity with other products by the brand. There are also claims that it has better ANC than the first-generation AirPods Pro, as well as the sound signature being bass-biased.
At any rate, the last few claims are probably best to be taken with a pinch of salt. Though from the shared images, the Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro look to be mostly as the leaks have indicated. While those in the US may be able to make use of said price, those in other markets will still have to wait until after the official unveiling before they get their respective local prices.
