vivo could soon be bringing one of its smartwatches to the Malaysian market for the first time with the Watch 3. The brand launched the wearable in China last November but it seems that the company is gearing up to release it globally as it has been spotted in the certification databases of several countries, including SIRIM.
The Watch 3 received SIRIM certification just a few days ago on 1 July 2024 with the model number V2405. Nothing has been officially announced by the brand yet but with the listing, it is a good indication that we can expect the smartwatch to be available here soon.
In case you are unable recall, the Watch 3 sports a 1.43-inch curved circular AMOLED display with a 466×466 resolution and an always-on display feature. On the side, it comes with a home button as well as a digital crown for controls. It is backed by a 505mAh battery, which the brand claims can last up to 16 hours on a single charge.
For health and fitness, it is packed with sensors to monitor your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and more, along with over 100 sports modes to track your workouts. On the software side, it runs on vivo’s BlueOS.
