Since late last month, Nothing has been drip-feeding the internet with bits of details about the upcoming CMF Phone 1. The first one came not too long after an alleged leak, correcting one item in the phone’s purported spec sheet at the time. A couple more have been revealed since then, with the latest one noting that the phone will come with a 50MP rear camera.
More specifically, the post on X, previously Twitter, says that the CMF Phone 1 will run a 50MP f/1.8 lens by Sony at the back. This is presumably the primary one of the two-camera setup at the back, with the other one previously claimed to be a depth sensor. On the software side of things, the company has promised Ultra XDR for brighter shots. No mention of image stabilisation though.
While we’re here, the company has previously confirmed a couple of other items on the CMF Phone 1 spec sheet. including having an under-display fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery, up to 16GB of RAM, and a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset.
Additionally, GSMArena cites a now deleted report by Fone Arena claiming to have confirmation by Nothing regarding some specs of the CMF Buds Pro 2, as well as the CMF Watch Pro 2. The report did not include a source prior to its removal, so take that as you will. At any rate, all three of them are expected to launch early next week.
