The realme C65 is set to launch in Malaysia next week but ahead of this, one of its distributors may have acted prematurely by listing the upcoming phone on its website, with prices and all. It seems that the budget device will be coming in only a single storage configuration along with black and purple colour options.
MMG Distribution, a distributor that runs some of the brand’s retail stores in Johor, lists the C65 at RM699, which comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of expandable storage. Keep in mind that this listing is from a retailer and not from the brand itself, so there is always a possibility that another storage configuration could be announced when the phone officially launches on 4 July.
In case you need a refresher, the C65 is equipped with a 6.6-inch 720p LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a peak brightness of 625 nits. It runs on a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset and comes with support for features such as air gestures and Mini Capsule. On the durability side, it comes with an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
For photography, the entry-level phone features a 50MP main camera, a 2MP macro lens, and an 8MP front shooter. It gets a battery capacity of 5,000mAh with support for 45W charging. Additionally, there is a “Dynamic Button” on the side which functions can be customised.
